The Mitchell Building is one of only six remaining buildings of its architectural style in the country. Following an $11 million comprehensive rehabilitation, the Mitchell Building is now fully leased and regarded as one of Milwaukee’s most iconic historic buildings.
Mackie Building – Grain Exchange

The Milwaukee Grain Exchange was home for the first commodity “trading pit”, later replicated as a model for exchanges throughout the country. Today, the three-story Grain Exchange room, with its soaring ceilings and frescos, serves as one of Milwaukee’s premier event spaces.

Part of a $15 million rehabilitation of the historic Mackie Building located in downtown Milwaukee, the award-winning Mackie Flats offers 25 high-end, modern apartments in the heart of downtown. The Mackie Flats project received the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Real Estate Award for Best Renovation-Residential, and WCREW’s Showcase Award for Vision.
